Family Pic 2018

This year I did my family pictures.  Here they are.....the few good ones.  Turns out doing pictures with a tripod and little kids is hard.

Josie wanted to take our pictures so I gave her my camera and here is our pictures she took!  Not bad!  I'm pretty impressed with her skills!

These kids!  So cute, so grown, so ornery!  Eli gives me a run for money most days, but this little stinker cooperated and looks so dang cute, its hard to stay mad at him! :)

Halloween

Again, this year we painted pumpkins.  It's so much easier and the kids are more into than carving and I like not having the mess.  Eli was SUPER into painting his pumpkin.  I tried to stop him from painting because he had used all his paint but he def let me know he wasn't done.  His final turnout was this gray mess that I transformed into an Ohio State Pumpkin.

Josie did a Mike Wazowski pumpkin, from Monsters Inc movie.  It turned out great and I only helped a little.  I did the outline of the big eye and the teeth.  She did everything else.  And Ella did her own funny face pumpkin.  It was all her and her imagination!  I think they all turned out great!

Script Ohio on the back of his pumpkin that Joey didn't think I would be able to do.

This year for trick or treat we did a bug theme.  We had josie the ladybug, Ella the butterfly and Eli the bee.

Here is our group we went around with again this year.  Our friends have a great neighborhood for trick or treating.
I actually tried a little face paint this year.  Not that they really needed it, but the girls liked trying it.  Josie was worried she was going to rub the paint off her nose cause she likes "to rub" her nose. Ella's face paint and little jewels.  She looks so grown up!

Their wings.  They actually got in the way a lot and they ended up ditching them.  Can't say that I blame them.

The girls were so sweet helping Eli, but he didn't take long at all to figure out what was going on!  He loves candy!!  Here they are with all their loot.  They had a great time, loved pigging out with candy after and I can't stay out of the candy!  Halloween 2018 was a success!!

Tooth Fairy Strikes Again

Josie lost another tooth.  It was super loose and hanging on by a thread and with a little help from mom and her toothbrush it came out.  She was super excited about it and so was her sister.  It was so cute how Ella was excited for her!  I told Ella to try and stay awake to sneak a peak at the tooth fairy.  Both agreed that wasn't a good idea because she wouldn't come.

And here is Josie with her candy and some change she got from the tooth fairy.  She did a VERY good job of sharing with her brother and sister.  This mom was proud!  Josie has such a big heart.
And 5 days later, the tooth fairy struck again when Josie lost yet another tooth (#4).
She's got a few holes in her mouth now and she's actually questioned when her new teeth would be coming in.  Another exciting night in our house when she came.  She came down and woke me up to show me what was left for her.
I think we will be done with the tooth fairy for a while because I do not believe we any current loose teeth.
