Eli Nathaniel

Introducing Eli Nathaniel!!!  He arrived March 10th via C-section and Mommy and Daddy are completely smitten with our bundle of joy.  It's been a whirlwind since he's arrived but here is the rundown of his birth.

I was scheduled for a repeat C-section so we arrived at the hospital at 5:30am on March 10th to the hospital.  We got all checked in and they got me ready for surgery.

I used to work in surgery here so I knew several people and actually picked out my people I wanted in the OR room.  Benefits of working in the medical field. Because of this I gave them my phone and they took some photos of my c-section and Eli being born.  Here are 2 photos I didn't think would gross anyone out.

Since we have been home we've all had some major adjustments. The girls are getting used to moms attention else wear and mom is trying to figure out breastfeeding a newborn. Breastfeeding preemies and Twins was totally a different experience.  Overproduction and mastitis but we are still going at it. Dad...well he has been a great helper and trooper thru hormones, whining and crying.

Tumbling Showcase

We put the girls in a dance/tumbling class at the Y and the last class was their showcase of what they learned.  They were supposed to wear pretty dresses and had a dance routine learned too.  They enjoyed the class and really liked "tumbling" on the mat.  Here are some of the pictures from their showcase.
